What to Expect at Your First Visit
01 Arrival and Paperwork
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any remaining intake forms. You can also complete paperwork online before your visit. Bring any relevant medical records, imaging, or lab results from previous providers.
02 Detailed Consultation
Your practitioner will take a thorough health history, discussing your primary concerns, symptom timeline, previous treatments, lifestyle factors, and health goals. We listen carefully and ask the questions that other providers may not have explored.
03 Examination and Assessment
Depending on your concerns, this may include orthopedic and neurological testing, spinal assessment, postural analysis, and functional evaluation. We determine what diagnostic testing, if any, is needed to build a complete picture.
04 Treatment Plan Discussion
We explain our findings, discuss your diagnosis, and present a clear treatment plan with specific therapies, expected timeline, visit frequency, and measurable goals. You will understand exactly what we recommend and why before any treatment begins.
